Do my customers need to download an app?
Nope. They sign up on the website with their email, and their QR code is sent to them. They can save it to their phone or just open the email each time.
What if a customer forgets their phone?
You can look them up by email and add punches manually. The QR code is the fastest method, but there's always a fallback.
Do I need special scanning equipment?
No. Any phone or tablet camera works. Most modern devices can scan QR codes natively—no extra hardware needed.
What if I have multiple locations?
